Gold Coast Stucco and Design Limited, located in the Lower-Mainland of British Columbia, has full-time positions for experienced: Hardie 2.0 Siding & Stucco Plasterers/Lathers/Rainscreen Installers. Positions to be filled right-away, minimum 40 hrs/week to work at various locations in the Vancouver lower mainland area. Applicant must have at least a minimum 1-1/2 to 5 years’ experience as a Finishing Plasterer: hands-on experience in all types of stucco plastering, lathing, rainscreen systems installation, able to work independently and also with a Team. Experienced in Commercial, Institutional, Industrial, and Residential. Duties includes, preparing exterior/interior wall surfaces to consistency, to receive EIFS, Rainscreen Systems, Scratch and Brown Coats, Dabbing, Installations of metal lath, Corner beads/Accessories.
